Applications close on the 14th of February. Following application, you may be selected for a virtual interview and subsequently invited to an assessment day. 

We look to hold group assessment centre sessions between the 19th of March and 1st of April, with the aim of hosting final interviews in the week commencing 7th of April. We will keep applicants updated as to changes to this indicative timeline.

What We Are Looking For

The key criteria for our Business Analysts is to embrace Deecon’s values and strive to deliver solutions to our clients whilst enjoying their work. We are enthusiastic about what we do and are looking for Business Analysts who will continue to develop the culture that sets us apart from traditional consultancies. Deecon actively seeks out individuals who will challenge our own and our clients’ ways of working, who will innovate and drive us forward as individuals and as a company.

Our only requirement is that you hold a degree, though we also look for the following skills during the recruitment process:

  • Excellent written and verbal English

  • Analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems

  • Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn

  • An ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds

  • An ability to work collaboratively, but also to take the initiative and work independently as required

  • Experience in a professional environment
