One of the great things about joining a boutique consultancy is the variety of opportunities and exposure it offers. My advice is to be brave, stay curious, and take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.

I tend to kick my day off with a call with my project team to go over key actions and objectives. Teamwork is very important at Deecon, so much of my day is spent collaborating with the team on client projects or internal initiatives.

The unique culture! The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making it the perfect place to start a consulting career. It's also a really fun place to work, with quarterly socials that help the team bond and get to know each other outside of the office.
