Don't be afraid to ask for help or explain that you don't understand a task. In fact, take it as an opportunity to get closer to the team, improve team relationships and learn in the process!
Every single day is different, but the core activities I'm usually involved in are preparing client deliverables and responding to urgent communications or project updates, which guide the priorities for the day.
The opportunity to be part of internal workstreams. Currently, I'm working with the ESG team to develop our carbon reduction plan, and work towards our net zero target through ESG-focused initiatives. Very exciting!
