Your Role
As a PMO/Planning Consultant, you’ll be supporting on projects with direct oversight from our senior consultants and leadership team. You’ll be responsible for:
Working with your team and clients to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each consulting project.
Conducting research, surveys and interviews and analysing data to gain insights into the business
Analysing statistics.
Detecting issues and investigating ways to resolve them.
Assessing the pros and cons of possible strategies
Delivering clear, compelling presentations and reports that drive client success.
Making recommendations for improvement and presenting these to clients
What You Bring
We’re looking for consultants who are not just experienced but also excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. Key qualifications include:
Proficient with working in a change environment
Experience of operating as a PMO
Well-versed with planning (particularly Prince2)
Experience in the infrastructure or hard asset environment would be a positive
Knowledgeable with PowerBI and reporting would be a positive.
Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-driven analysis.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with diverse teams.
